The A.P. Møller Foundation is among the largest in Denmark and covers a very wide range of non-profit areas, both very costly projects and good ideas that require less financial support. The annual distributions vary over time. Overall, a total amount of DKK 6.23 billion was granted for various projects from 2013 to 2018.
Spread over 1,489 square kilometres, Ringkøbing-Skjern is Denmark's largest area municipality and has over 56,500 inhabitants. The crashing waves, the living fjord, the winding streams and the vast expanses of wild areas are natural attractions that are open every day. We are and will be rich in nature. That is why the municipality's 29 city council members have also unanimously adopted the municipality's vision ”Nature's Riches”. Nature is the source of our good lives and of creating sustainable development in the area.

The Augustinus Foundation is a business foundation established in 1942. The foundation's distributions focus on three sectors: Art & Culture, Knowledge & Education and Social Action. The foundation provides annual support for non-profit causes with hundreds of millions kroner – with the vast majority being allocated to Art & Culture.

The VILLUM FOUNDATION is a non-profit foundation established in 1971 by the founder of the VELUX Group, Villum Kann Rasmussen, the majority shareholder in VKR Holding, which includes companies such as VELUX, Dovista, Arcon-Sunmark, etc. The foundation primarily supports technical and science research, secondary environmental, social and cultural purposes, both in Denmark and abroad. In 2019, the foundation distributed a total of DKK 1,083 million.

Ringkøbing Amts Højspændingsforsyning (RAH) is a regional, cooperative energy company that supplies electricity to approximately 35,000 customers in West Jutland. Based in Ringkøbing, RAH works in cooperation with other regional energy companies' activities in a number of adjacent business areas and also operates a communication and visitor centre focusing on sustainable energy.
ErhvervsVækst Ringkøbing is a local initiative established in 2012 with the aim of supporting positive business development in the town and region based on confidence in a large, unfulfilled potential in the town. The association enjoys great local support and in 2019 counted 42 members among the local businesses.
Hedeselskabet is a member organisation, a commercial foundation with more than 150 years behind it. Hedeselskabet currently owns and runs a number of companies that develop and realise solutions for climate change, the environment, energy and nature care. The proceeds of the foundation's commercial activities will be distributed on a non-profit basis to innovation and development in the areas of nature, the environment and energy.
